Terms of Service
Last updated July 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of LabCaseBook. We've kept them in plain language — if anything is unclear, ask us before you rely on it.
Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using LabCaseBook, you agree to these terms. If you create or join an organization (a clinic or a lab), you agree on its behalf too, and you confirm you're authorized to do so.
What LabCaseBook is
LabCaseBook is a case management and communication tool for dental clinics and dental labs: structured cases, full-resolution photos and files, live status tracking, team roles, invoicing, and notifications — a shared record instead of scattered chat threads.
Accounts and organizations
- Give accurate information about yourself and your organization, and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- Each person should use their own account — that's what keeps the case history trustworthy.
- New organizations are reviewed before they can operate. We may approve, reject, suspend, or reactivate an organization; while pending, you can set up your team internally but not exchange cases.
Acceptable use
- Use LabCaseBook only for lawful purposes related to running your clinic or lab.
- Don't upload content you have no right to share.
- Don't attempt to access other organizations' data or probe, scan, or test the security of the service.
- Don't abuse, overload, or disrupt the service, and don't use it to send spam.
Your content and responsibilities
Your organization owns its data. You give us only the limited rights needed to store it, process it, and show it to your own team and to the partner organization a case connects you with — that's what operating the service means.
Clinics are responsible for having patient consent for the information they enter and share, including the patient tracking link. You are responsible for the accuracy of the case details your team enters.
Not a medical device
LabCaseBook is a coordination and record-keeping tool. It does not provide clinical or technical advice, and every clinical and manufacturing decision remains with the professionals involved. Don't rely on it for emergencies.
Fees
LabCaseBook is free to start today. If we introduce paid plans, we'll announce the pricing clearly and give existing users reasonable advance notice — you will never be charged without agreeing to it first.
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or improve features over time.
Suspension and ending your use
You can stop using LabCaseBook at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate an organization that violates these terms, uses the service unlawfully, or puts other users' data at risk — with notice where reasonably possible.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits, remakes, missed appointments, or losses arising from clinical or manufacturing decisions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update this page and its "Last updated" date, and tell you inside the app for significant changes. Continuing to use LabCaseBook after a change means you accept the updated terms.
