LabCaseBook dental lab software pricing — free to start during the pilot

Your lab already pays for WhatsApp chaos — remakes from compressed shade photos, hours lost to “is it ready?” calls, money collected late because the accounts live in chat scroll. So our dental lab software pricing starts from a simple promise: LabCaseBook is free to start during the pilot, with no credit card and no surprises — judge it on your real cases first.

  • Free to start during the pilot — the product itself, not a demo
  • No credit card — ever
  • Instapay or bank transfer — the way Egyptian labs actually pay
  • Clinics never pay — your lab brings them in free

Free to start during the pilot

LabCaseBook is running its pilot with Egyptian labs, and starting is free — the full product, no feature gates: the Production board, full-resolution photos, per-case Messages, remakes, invoicing, team roles, and the patient tracking link, all from day one.

Why free? Because a lab should judge software on its own cases, not on a sales demo. Pilot labs run their real work through LabCaseBook, and their feedback shapes the product — and its pricing.

How our dental lab software pricing works

There is no public price list yet — on purpose. We are setting pricing with the pilot labs themselves, so the numbers fit how Egyptian labs actually run, not a subscription template imported from abroad.

  1. 1
Sign up and create your organization as a Lab — you start on the pilot free. After a quick review of new organizations, your lab appears in the clinic directory, where your clinics can find and connect with you.
  2. 2
Run your real cases through it — the board, the photos, the invoices, the remakes.
  3. 3
When you want to talk numbers for after the pilot, email info@axidv.com — pricing is agreed with each lab directly. One line is enough: your lab's name, city, and rough monthly case volume.
Tip: Asking costs nothing and commits you to nothing — pilot labs get a pricing conversation, not a rate card.

No credit card — ever

LabCaseBook never asks for a card — not at sign-up, not during the pilot, not after it. When paid plans begin, labs pay the way Egyptian businesses actually pay: Instapay or bank transfer. That isn't a workaround; it's the design.

  • No card on file means nothing can ever be charged behind your back.
  • No “free trial” that quietly bills you on day 15.
  • Built for the Egyptian market's reality — most labs don't run a company credit card, and we never planned around one.
Tip: The same holds inside the product: LabCaseBook never moves money between you and your clinics. Invoices are computed from your Price list, and Mark paid records a payment collected however you already collect — cash, transfer, InstaPay.

What your lab gets

“Free to start” is not a stripped demo. What is included is the product as it runs today:

  • One structured case per restoration — crown, bridge, veneer, or denture — with an FDI tooth-chart prescription that cannot be sent incomplete.
  • Photos stored byte-for-byte, with an integrity checksum and a Full resolution badge — shade photos keep their colour.
  • A live status pipeline (draft → submitted → in production → ready → shipped → closed) plus a tamper-proof case History.
  • The Production board: kanban columns, Due today / Overdue flags, and live stat tiles.
  • Per-case Messages, and remakes with the reason recorded permanently.
  • A Price list in Billing with auto-generated invoices and a paid/unpaid ledger.
  • Team roles — Owner, Admin, Member — and a revocable patient tracking link.
  • Arabic and English with full RTL, installable on any phone, tablet, or computer, with in-app and push notifications.

Your clinics never pay

Lab software dies the moment a lab has to sell its clients a subscription. So clinics never pay: you bring yours in free. Each clinic creates its own free account, connects with you in Partners, and can send structured cases the same day.

  • No per-clinic fee and no per-seat fee for clinic users.
  • Each clinic sees only its own cases — isolation is enforced inside the database itself.
  • Dentists get the full clinic side: the FDI prescription form, full-resolution uploads, live status, per-case chat, and a patient tracking link.
Tip: The easiest line to move a clinic over: “Stop sending me cases on WhatsApp — it costs you nothing.”

Common questions

Is it really free? What's the catch?
No catch. LabCaseBook is in its pilot with Egyptian labs, and starting is free — the full product. What we get in return is feedback from real casework. And since we never store a card, nothing can be charged without your say-so.
Do I need a credit card?
No — never. Not to sign up, not during the pilot, not after it. When paid plans start, labs pay by Instapay or bank transfer.
What happens after the pilot?
Post-pilot pricing is agreed with labs directly — you'll hear from us before anything changes, and nothing can renew or charge automatically because there's no card on file.
Does each of my clinics have to pay too?
No. Clinics always join free — you invite them, they connect in Partners, and they get the whole clinic side without fees. Deliberately so: your clients should never need convincing to send you cases properly.
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because the numbers are being set with pilot labs right now, to fit real Egyptian lab economics. Want to talk pricing for your lab? Email info@axidv.com.
